"H.M.S. Detroit" by artist Ron Suchiu is a print 23" x 23" and part of the run of 350. It includes a $50.00 certificate for framing. HMS Detroit was launched in August 1813 and the last large ship built at the Navy Yard at Amhertburg, Ontario. King George lll commissioned the "Detroit" to be built in honor of a capture of Fort Detroit a year earlier. She was to serve as the flagship of the British Fleet in the Great Lakes.
