Auction Rules and Guidelines

• Normal auction rules apply.
• Bid increases must be $5 or greater. We suggest at least a $10 bid increase for major gifts in each block.
• In cases of dispute the Auctioneer's decision is final.
• All items are to be paid for by major credit card. All sales are final.
• The Auctioneer reserves the right to open bidding at a fair value.
• The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids that are not fair to all concerned.
• The Rotary Club of Windsor–St. Clair and YourTV do not warranty any goods, services or activities auctioned, and despite a special or particular description given by the Auctioneer, The Purchaser accepts goods, services or activities in their general existing condition. All items are new items unless described otherwise at the time of the auction.
• Auctioneers may not bid on items and are ineligible to win items while on duty.
• PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MAY HAVE LIMITATIONS OR EXPIRY DATES.
